Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, you can contact us at:

1. Placing an Order

  • You must be over 18 years old and the registered cardholder to place an order.

  • Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production. If production has started, no changes can be made.

  • If changes are possible, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.

2. Safety

  • ⚠️ Our products are not toys.

  • If used at a child’s party or on a cake, children must be supervised at all times. Products should not be played with.

  • If you pass our products to anyone under the age of 16, you are fully responsible for their use.

  • Materials: All acrylics and PLA used are tested and classed as food safe.

  • Some products are single-use only — please check the individual product listing and follow cleaning recommendations.

3. Delivery

  • All products are handmade to order. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery times may be longer during busy periods (e.g., Easter, Christmas) and delays with Royal Mail are beyond our control.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed, even with Next Day delivery.

  • Once Royal Mail marks an order as delivered, we are not liable for missing parcels. Please check with neighbours if you haven’t received your order.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, contact us first and we’ll confirm if it’s possible.

  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery is untracked and non-compensated. If a package goes missing, Royal Mail will only cover the postage fee, not the product.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Lasercupboard is a UK-based company.

  • If you order from outside the UK, you may incur duties/taxes imposed by your local customs office.

  • We are not responsible for these additional charges.

5. Problems with Your Order

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Please provide photos of the packaging, parcel label, and the product(s) concerned.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.

  • As we work on a quick turnaround, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).

  • Delivery fees apply unless your order qualifies for Free Delivery (see Shipping for details).

  • Prices may change at any time, but this does not affect orders already paid for.

  • Payment must be made in advance by Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. No items will be dispatched until payment is received.

8. Discounts & Affiliate Codes

  • We reserve the right to end discount or affiliate codes at any time.

  • Codes are valid only for purchases made directly through our website.

  • Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

    • Can only be used once per person.

    • Apply only to full-priced items.

9. Product Descriptions & Images

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual product.

  • We take care to ensure product images are accurate, but minor variances may occur.

10. Designs & Copyright

  • All text, images, photographs, and designs on our website or social media are the property of Lasercupboard.

  • They may not be copied, replicated, or resold without written permission.

  • Products are for personal use only and cannot be resold unless you hold a wholesale contract with us.

  • If you would like to apply for wholesale, please contact us directly.

  • All designs (standard or custom) remain the property of Lasercupboard.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply.
